This steel beauty was created for Podia by Polish frame maker Kajak Custom who we featured on the Podia blog some time ago.
The project came about after we met with Kamil, the owner of Kajak Custom, to learn more about him and his workshop. It was also the first project that we worked with Doktor Bobby of Colourburn Studios.
The frame is made from Columbus Life tubes and features a 44mm head tube and a BSA bottom bracket. The Ritchey dropouts have been picked out by Doktor Bobby with a lighter shade of paint.
Full Campagnolo Record groupset adorns the frame along with the excellent Campagnolo Bora One wheels, which you can read more about in our review here. Challenge Strada with tan sidewalls pick out the yellows of the paintwork while providing great performance to match their looks.
3T fork, seat post, stem and handlebars keep the Italian theme of the bike. The Brooks Cambium C13 is the British/Italian icing on the cake.
