I made a mistake. Can I change or cancel my order?

Please email us as soon as possible. We will endeavour to change or cancel your order if it was not dispatched yet.

What is the currency and my payment options?

To pay for your order in Euros you can use credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro International), Sofort Banking, PayPal, PayPal Express and direct bank transfer option.

To pay for your order in PLN Polish Zloty you can use credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro International), PayPal, PayPal Express, bank transfer via PayLane and direct bank transfer option.

How long does the delivery take?

The order is dispatched same or next day. We use the Polish Postal system for tracked packages. This usually takes 5 working days for mainland Europe and up to 10 working days for everywhere else in the world.

If you are based in Europe, you can select the ‘Courier’ option at checkout. Orders placed and paid by 10am will be delivered within 3-4 working days, not including the day of purchase.

How can I track my order’s delivery?

To track your order you can login to your Podia account where you will find the tracking number of your dispatched order. To track the parcel check the Polish Post website here or the website of your local Postal service.

I order from outside the EU. Why do you charge VAT on my purchase?

We operate under law of the Republic of Poland and in the current system in order to issue a client a 0% VAT invoice we are required to obtain IE599 form as a confirmation that 0% VAT goods were exported out of the EU. The basic fee charged by the Polish customs office to obtain such documentation is 150PLN (35EUR). Please email us ahead of your purchase, if you would like to be issued 0% VAT invoice and agree to pay the 35EUR customs office fee for our export documentation.

What is your return policy?

If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason we can exchange or refund it within 30 days from the date of purchase as long as it in ‘as new’ condition, both unworn or unused.

Where can I find the size guide?

A size guide is indicated on each product page by a note Size Guide. Please email us, if you are unsure what size you should order and we will be happy to assist you.

I have received faulty product. What can I do?

We strive to provide products of highest quality, however from time-to-time manufacturing faults can and do occur. If you think your product has suffered a manufacturing fault, please email us and we will make every effort to help you.

The garment I purchased got damaged. Can you repair it?

If something you purchased got damaged, please email us photographs and a short description and we will make every effort to help you. Our manufacturers can repair some of the items and so we will be able to let you know what is possible in each case.

The item I recently purchased has now been reduced in price. Can you match the difference?

Yes, we are happy to match the reduced price in the form of a coupon code as long as the product was purchased at full price and within 14 days of the price being reduced. We are not able to match the price if the product, including size and colour is not in stock at the time of the request or if we have already provided a price match on the product.
