At the inaugural Podia Roadventures there was quite a nice collection of bikes. We took some time to shoot few of them for the machines gallery including this steel beauty by Standert, the gents from Berlin.
Standert have been on our radar for a while, so we must have been a little bit too excited when shooting that we didn’t notice that the chain was off the big ring – fail!
Anyway, the simple Fernblau (distant blue) paintwork of Constantin’s Standert Triebwerk Mach 2 help to accentuate the great geometry, with an almost flat top tube and a carefully chosen Columbus Life tube set. A short and fat 44mm head tube and tapered 3T fork give it a racey ride and this one has been combined nicely with the great SRAM Force 22 groupset.
Go check out Standert for more info on this and other frames they make.
